Hey lance thank you for these videos on latte art I love the way you explain it all and I'll be passing your infusiasum to my baristas as we all work in Starbucks UK Cambridge where from day one we have to try learn how to do latte art with such a wide spout, so when I saw you introduce the Starbucks jug in this video I was so happy as on my search for how to videos no one mentioned our jugs when I'm sure there's lot's partners out there wanting to produce art for those who walk in our store, so if you could do a video on the wide spout Starbucks jug that be amazing as I always get asked why we don't have the pointed jugs when it's out of my control. You need to fire whoever was operating the camera, *and* the editor. What you are doing being so far out of focus is inexcusable, and then your editor showing an angle with only the bottom/side of the cup visible is completely useless - but still mostly the camera operator's fault for not planning the shot better. The only useful shot was the overhead. Your technique is amazing and I've learned a lot from watching your series, so thanks for doing these videos.
