In terms of percentage, she Is correct the savings are at least 86%. Because 50% will be if the costs were reduced from 600 to 300 and 75% will be if costs were reduced from 600 to 150. Consequently ,the reduction from 600 to 80 dollars 💸 cannot be 14% But rather about 86%. Therefore her conclusion is correct by saying the costs savings are at least 50%. Regards South Africa 🇿🇦

For clarification, ELON MUSK's answer to space travel is to minimize the cost of launches, and the only way to minimize the cost is to make the rocket itself reusable. But you really have a good video just keep it up.

Not wrong; I just want to note that first principles thinking should direct you through the subject matter ie. Aiming for the First principles of dieting should result in something more akin to “calories-in/calories-out” than something like self-acceptance (self acceptance is powerful and valid, it just isn’t a first principle of dieting)

I appreciate you making this video a lot. However, I would strongly suggest you look into premises and conclusions and perhaps symbolic logic because your first principles calculations happen to be incorrect. "I feel free when I travel" is not a first principle of "I want to quit my job" (your conclusion doesn't follow logically from your premise, even if we take into account analyzing premises and conclusions with a first principles twist of sorts). Correct first principles (if you wanted to break that down further would have been): "I have a job" or "I have wants" or "Jobs exist" or "quitting is a job is possible in my country." If you wanted to do a premise and conclusion breakdown for example, you could have used syllogism like this: (Premise) I want to quit my job (Premise) I pursue things that I want (Premise) I feel free when I travel (Premise) Quitting my job would allow me to travel _ _ _ (Conclusion) Therefore, I will pursue quitting my job, which will allow me travel, and would make me feel free

And I just noticed that I need to freshen up with logic as well, because the syllogism I put as an example is basically totally wrong lol. If syllogisms interest you, check out videos on youtube about it or read books on logic, symbolic logic, predicate logic, sentential logic, or premise/argument form. It can go by a lot of different names, I'm not sure why

I feel like the best source is a video on youtube where Elon Musk explains it. Just youtube "Elon Musk first principles" and there's a video where he and his interviewer are both wearing black t-shirts
