So different to begin with dark paint! I like this as a "wake-up" exercise! Thank you for bringing me out of a fog.

The best advice, seriously. I try to put a brush in paint and on paper for at least five minutes every day. Or at least that’s what I tell myself I will. But five minutes will easily turn into 25, 45, etc.! You will find the time if it’s important end it absolutely is! Thank you buddy 🤘🎃🤘

Thank you for your understanding. You can still cut down your time to 15 minutes, bcoz not everyone can spend 1 hour or so on practicing. But if you're able to find the time then nothing better than that! One hr every day is GOLD :)

@@NitinSinghwatercolorpaintings Exactly! During the unfortunate circumstances of the last year+, with the pandemic closures, I have been able to finally utilize my free time much better and on average get a good 2 to 4 hours every day dedicated to art! On the flipside I have burned through every cent of my savings but honestly, the amount of practice and knowledge I have acquired over this period is priceless. We have one life to live and should do things that we want to, that bring us joy. Not the things that we believe we should do! Prioritization has been a huge focus for me and if one good thing has come out of Covid for it would definitely be a new set of eyes to see the things that I have forgotten I want to do. Thinks that I love yet put on indefinite hold. No more!! Art 1st!🤘🎃🤘

Hello and thank you so much for this tutorial, I loved it and plan to take your lessons. Would you mind sharing what brushes are your go to brushes, especially the set you used today.. This is the first time I have felt soothed by a watercolorist teachers demeanor, voice, approach and genuine love for this medium and the beauty that can be achieved if you let it flow from your heart. I am a beginner of sorts, back after years away, but nonetheless excited to learn and create and of course Bloom!! I found you quite by accident, where do I go to sign up and take more lessons.. Best of the day to you, Katie

Beautiful .....the flow....the depth....playing with minimum colours, the end result...it is such a satisfaction to the soul and the senses. Meanwhile can I know what is the paper used. Handmade or normal A4 paper. Meanwhile i have started to take interest in painting after about 35 years gap now. Thanks.
