Everyone needs to know these things about painting. Great advice. Good attitude. And always paint your corners first before you roll the flat areas.

Good tips 👍 if you don't prime the patches they flash out, and they're really hard to get rid of once they've been painted 😢

Any advice for more greasy people that have more Grease around the switch plates? Like, if you are a more greasy type person clean around the switch plates more thoroughly? Similarly, less greasy type people can be more lax about cleaning around Less Greasy switch plates lol. Johnny DIY to the Rescue!

When should one use water based primers / paints vs oil based? You ever use oil based on interior walls?
@JonnyDIYСағат бұрын
@@weekendhomeprojects I never use oil based paints anymore unless requested to or needing to go over an already oil surface. Use water based primers and paints pretty much on everything, only time I'll use oil based primer (BIN shellac) is to prime a previously oil painted surface so that I can go over it with water based. I have a video explaining here kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2Oto5yqbZ5mqcUsi=luRN7uCZS1G4OEt3
