Do you still need to put flex additive in for spraying bumper covers, etc.?

No depending on what kind of paint u put on the plastic? If cheap paint , maybe ? Ull have to do ur research? The new Axalta base coats don’t need flex agent added , depends on what base color u put on ? , if it’s singe stage nason (axala maybe?)cheaper line .

As I said in my comments you don’t need to sandblast raw plastic just get a plastic cleaner and get the mold release agent off plastic and put plastic premoter on

We prefer to be extra thorough with our process. There are several different methods that can be used but this is our process that we have tested and works well for our applications and what we teach to our customers.

I got a lamp that have been dipped with hydrographic technique. the Pipe is like 40 cm long and has been dipped and you cannot see any seam. It is like it has been dipped vertically, can you make video. It came from China the lamp. I know how to dip barrels, pipe, etc. but this item is making me wondering if there is another technique to do it.

I paint cars for a living and if this is already painted part that ur still going overboard ! If that plastic part that’s raw plastic u have to whipe it down with a solvent for raw plastic that takes all the mold release agent off the raw plastic and the then put a raw plastic primer adhesive /premoter on the raw plastic part and then put activated sealer on and then color and clear coat that on then it’s done !? So no offense but ur not giving all the info on plastic part prep as to do it correctly!??? So if ur making a video on plastic parts u should know what ur telling people ? If u don’t get all the mold release agent off the raw plastic the paint will not stick later down the road ? lol just a thought?? Please do ur research?? Just saying
