I chop it into halves and freeze it. When I am ready to use it I take it out and chop it in a food processor,, or in a blender while solidly frozen. The easiest way to chop okra!

I love okra , but it’s made totally different way , whole okra or half or medium cut three different cuts , to kill the slime fry first with little oil , or make it with meat or mince meat , never have I seen making okra very small pieces , I don’t think of any dish which can be made with such small pieces , it must be nice
