I grew a few this year.. some are turning yellow in storage.. We cooked one with garlic and parmesan.. but I think the next one will be sweet.. very good.. I like using butter, brown sugar and pecans ..

Well, I just popped 2 in the oven I was afraid were overripe. They didn't have mold, rotten spots nor were they soft anywhere at all. I'm hoping they turn out okay. Yours looks amazing.
