Etanga is porridge made from mature kalahari fruits mixed with pearl millet flour/maize.
Ingredients:
-Etanga/kalahari melon
-Mahangu/pearl millet flour (to your desired thickness)
-Brown sugar (to your liking)
-Salt to taste
-Omagadhi goongombe/butter
