Looks yumm. Will give this a try. Was very comforting to watch you clean the Leaves. Felt like I was watching my mom cook. ❤

Thank you. This looks delicious. I have a butternut vine in the garden and a lady told me I could cook the leaves. I am going to try this. Thank you - from South Africa.

Please make sure you pluck the newer leaves. They are always tender. I would recommend you pluck up to the fourth leaf

After washing and cleaning let it drain. Then use fresh cream not water to cook.
