Since it's a South American place, that's a bird singing. Brazil does not have fire alarms all spread as North America or Europe. Somewhat they are very rare.

Honestly, I've prepared exactly like you did here and I still can't drink it. The bombilla gets clogged immediately. I've even tried different bombilla and still the same result. I get nothing. I'm going back to the more coarse grinds and never getting this cut again.
