Hello vhT, I understand how that might be a dream you hope to actualize but in reality, getting a job in the professional field such as law in south Korea as a foreigner might be really difficult due to factors such as language barrier, competitiveness of the labor force etc. It will be more realistic and achievable if you choose to study law in South Korea, graduate and setup your law firm to practice and render your services to people living in korea who might have needs for an English/ Korean speaking law firm (and eventually become a judge). I have actually seen a law firm with the slogan "we speak English too" and i think that helps market their services to English speaking people living in Korea.

Also i found this "No, it is not EASY for foreigners to become lawyers in South Korea; while it is possible, the process is considered challenging due to the requirement of a high level of Korean language proficiency, a competitive legal market, and the need to pass the Korean Bar Exam, which is conducted entirely in Korean, meaning significant cultural and linguistic adaptation is necessary" i HOPE IT HELPS💛💛

But I hope you’re able to convince your family on the value of education abroad especially in a country like Korea that has good quality education, advanced technology and international opportunities as a fast developing country. You’ll have to do the entire process from MOE,MOFA,High Court, Korea embassy…. All over again (considering that you won’t be getting the one you submitted back). Alternatively, you can legalize/ authenticate two sets of documents. One for embassy applications another for university
