In this regard I would like to ask you that whether he join the job then what will be his visa status. As because he has students visa. So where he ask for answers or solution. Is there any scope for defer the 3rd and 4th semester. With in a short period of time he has to pay 6000 euro for his tuition fees. I can't understand the situation and I don't know what to say my son. Please guide me.

@Hamzabek English language test is mandatory. If you fail in this test, it means you are failed in entrance exam. Wait for the reply from the university. But my random guess that you are failed in the exam to be honest. University doesn't count technical problem.
