Man he's an IIT graduate, he can even leave India & settle in any of the first world countries for better opportunities and quality of life. So TCS was just a feather in his crown, nothing extraordinary or life-saviour for him. But for normal graduates and lower middle-class students, Civil service is a key to uplifting their social status and acceptance and overall job security as well. And after leaving his job he's guiding us whole-heartedly so that a well deserving candidate finds his way to the service
