You can't. IEC Working Holiday is completely different situation. There is a cooldown period of 6months and often you can't apply using the same category.

The information about needing the ITA to apply for BOWP is false. Its actually a loophole not many know about. You can apply for BOWP without a PR invite and update it after once you get it. (6 months processing times on BOWP so it gives more time to get your ITA if the IEC has expired, and it lets you go onto implied status).

Hi Killian, This is not a loophole that exists to the best of our knowledge. The IRCC website clearly states that you must have received your ITA and submitted your complete application and show proof that you submitted said application. www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/extend-permit/bridging-open-work-permit.html

@@Moving2Canadainfo hi guys. It says it on the website, but it's 100% not enforced. You can attach proof at a later stage (when you get ITA) via the webform. Just need to make sure it's before you get a response on your BOWP application (which will get rejected without proof). It buys about 5 months
