I found your channel by accident. I'm Ga born Ghanaian based in the USA and I really appreciate your channel. It is very refreshing to see a guy doing all the cooking. I'm also glad that you are showcasing many varieties of Ghanaian food. It is very sad to see the world all over act like Africans don't have native food. Why I don't know. They portray Italian food, Polish food Irish food, Chinese food, Indian food French food, Korean food, Japanese food, Mexican food, New York Pizza, Texans Steak, Lousiana Gumbo, etc, etc, etc and I could go on an on to name a whole lot, yet no "African" food. and even when they do, they lump the whole continent together. African has its unique food and is much healthier. Ghanaian food prepared by a guy at its finest. Word of advice though, Try an get some tables and avoid putting the pots and pans on the ground. and please for heaven's sake DO NOT CHANGE YOUR CHILD's USE OF HIS LEFT HAND. It is a proven fact that kids that are encouraged, turn out much better since they use both hemispheres of their brains.

DONT CHANGE YOUR CHILDs USE OF LEFT HAND indeed. My friend raise your own child as you wish and he can raise his by his conscience
@josephjoe90882 жыл бұрын
@@JenniferAidoo-lc8sv And JA this is why we Ghanaians or Africans, in general, we don't advance. It is scientifically proven that when we start changing the natural tendencies of kids, it affects them in adulthood. The brain is wired for the smart kid to use the left hand. I wish my parents never forced me to use my right hand. I'm telling him how to raise his child. If you want to criticize, just offer constructive advice so we all learn to get better. Enough of this pull-down attitude by Ghanaians. Have a good day

This child has to eat with others and its not proper. Besides geniuses are not all left in fact all I've seen are right handed.

I clicked your video, because I wanted to see how it’s done in a plane way. No extras in a deluxe kitchen and I got what I wanted! Cool! I’m German but my mom is Indian, so I always loved to cook outside when we visited my grandma. Very simple, but suuuuuuper delicious 🤤 And your dish, I was able to have it here 3 times, but the place closed down, so I’ve to make it myself, because it’s so addictive 😄 It’s just sad, that I don’t get all of your ingredients.
