How to prepare your file for year end with QuickBooks Online!

Been looking at starting a side business reselling as a sole trader. Also been looking at ISA's specifically stock and shares ISA's im wondering if i put the profits from the side business into an ISA would the profits be tax free? is this allowed? if so would it be classed as an expense on a self assessment? or would i have to use my regular salary from my full time job to invest in an ISA? Cheers.

Profits from the sole trader income will always be taxable no mater what you invest the money into
