Mansa, hope you see this. kindly make Jollof rice with the blended red peppers please. I have made it before, but use the tomato paste as the base and added the red bells later. Also, my sister had a kidney transplant and would love to see how she can use the bells as a blend since she can no longer eat her favorite tomatoes. Thx. PS love all the tips.

Mansa, When l get a good deal on colored peppers l wash very well a couple times and then let them drain and slice them in strips and freeze them or make some red pepper Jelly

Girl! What do you be cooking where you need that much bell peppers? And can you do this to the other colored peppers? And that puree is perfect for me because I love the flavor but don't like to eat the peppers.

🤣. I use it for my African stews, soups and any meal that needs tomatoes. They help cut down the acidity of the tomatoes and add a great flavor.
