If you are in a space for exploring press handstands, try out this fun transition from an arm balance! What is important to building out the transition is to focus on the negatives - slowly lowering down into the arm balance from a handstand. Remember to keep your lower knee close to your chest in both the lower and lift off!

You are strong. Must be the strongest yoga female instructor I ever saw. I would not be surprised for you to be able to do handstand pushups for reps ;-)

Amazing strength and control! I'm working on just a regular handstand as a someday goal.. The poses I've been working on to build up to it are L-shaped handstand (against the wall), dancer (for balance and hamstring flexibility), and wheel (for arm strength). Do you have any other recommendations for building up to handstand? Namaste :)
