I use “the customer factor”. $44.95 a month. (I have been using them for 3 years now.) The price will never change. No additional cost for using all of their features. I have not been with any other CRM so I don’t know if the leaning curve is more or less than any other CRM but their customer service has been great. Live, US-person and very helpful with the right answer, right away. Customers have complimented me on how clear and easy to understand my proposals are. I think that makes it easy for the customer to click “accept” and for me to beat out some of the competition.

I’m glad it’s working for you. We also have systems in place. We use like Jobber and CompanyCam and QuickBooks so it flows in its professional.

Water booms and storm drain properly blocked to prevent contamination , you can get these at the Power Wash store or other places that deal with our industry

Where does the water go if you're blocking the drains? Does it just dry there and then you remove the barriers?
@littlespressurewashing9 ай бұрын
That is a great question The object being used is a water boom that collects the oil and grease and catches it and you hang it up and dry it once it is done and use it until you have to replace it I also have a reclaim system. I will do more videos on that machine .I use it also it catches the water and dispenses it either in a container properly, or you can ONCE FILTERED reroute it away from waterways once it is cleaned.

@littlespressurewashing9 ай бұрын
Great question 🙋🏼♂️ we are usually at a .15 cents per SQ FT rate of service and always have a minimum which I suggest everyone have for both commercial as well as residential
