Good tips. Also important to note that an increasing number of vehicles today come with sonar and radar sensors to aid in parking and emergency braking. Those are super sensitive and easy to damage with high pressure water.

You can also use a leaf blower to get rid of the water in the end instead of breaking your back drying it off by hand

Great video. Though to be honest, if you have any gunked on bugs or dirt, the touchless pressure washer usually does a junky job, I've tried many times with my 2200 psi

What type of tip and PSI is good for power washing all of the bugs off of your front grill?

If 40° doesn’t clean them off try to use 25 but make sure not a lot of water does not get into the radiator and also maker sure to use medium-fast motion and keep a 6-12 inch distance when using 25° tip. If it doesn’t work I wouldn’t risk going any higher and using a towel or some sort to manually remove the dead bugs

Never wipe or apply soap in a circle motion

@@jamie123b if any contaminates that's on the paint or rag or mitt still, it will scratch in that circular motion. which makes it more noticeable and harder to correct or remove.

While letting all the 'biodegradable' soap run into a storm drain which often runs into a creek or some other body of water where aquatic life can be killed off, say via oxygen absorbing algae fed by the phosphates in the 'biodegradable' soap. The water from my local commercial car wash runs to the sanitation plant where the water is cleaned of all those fish killing contaminants. Irresponsible choice Family Handyman.
