I have been suffering from this for the past 2 years And yes i consulted many doctors But nothing worked But i started some self care and it worked for me I don't usually comment on KZbin but i understand your pain So the things i do are 1. Stop oiling your hair permanently 2. Whenever you exercise, or your scalp becomes sweaty , wash your hair immediately 3. Don't touch your scalp NEVER scratch your scalp NEVER EVER 4. Don't tie your hair tightly and don't cover it for long period of time ( example, helmet or caps etc.) 5. And use fusidic acid on scalp where you have folliculitis The one i use is (fusirose lotion) It's bottle looks like an eye drop bottle 6. Wash your hairs after every 2 days Which means 3 times a week 7. Don't eat too much sugar Try all this for 1 month i hope it will work out for you Just like it did for me And one more thing, wash your towel, comb , pillow cover regularly and don't share your stuff with anyone

@@giffty3830 thank you sis for your valuable reply....i am also taken diet about 1 months... folliculitis reduced but not that much...Im also used fucibet creams....but in my opinion, don't use fusidic acid long term because it is an antibiotic....this is only my opinion ....My biggest mistake is subconsciously i will touch and scratch scalp every time....your follicuticles is permanently cured ?

@@mrhack3950 yes it is I use fusidic acid only when i get folliculitis (2,3 acne ) time to time They heal It's like when you use antiseptic on your wound untill it's healed I don't use fusidic acid daily Right now i have 2,3 new follicular acne because i tied my hairs tightly for 2 days straight Because of my college assignment i ignored everything But it will heal in 1,2 weeks It's healed for me permanently Like 3,4 acne occurs only when i do some carelessness , like tight hairstyle for long period or time or use oil etc. But yes except that part it's completely healed My hairs also became thicker That's why i decided to reply to your comment I think it will help you as well You just have to follow each and every thing i mentioned If you touch your scalp and can't control it Try seeing reminders on Google ( I used to touch my scalp too , that's why i set reminder on Google assistant for every 1 hour " don't touch scalp" and now it's out of my habit) Most important thing is to avoid touching your scalp And when you use ointment always first wash your hands That's the major step

@@giffty3830 ho ho....I have consulted dermatologist on September...he gave antibiotic tablet for 30 days....and my folliculitis completly cured about 3 months...but after 3 months on December i had fever ...and folliculitis become worse ...and after two weeks it was controlled but not fully....and on February I had again a little throat infection and again my folliculitis become more more worse and complicated...my scalp is full of acne ....it was very painful....but i didn't go to doctor because they will surely gave antibiotics....i use benzoyl peroxide cream ...but it takes time and after two weeks it was controlled....now my scalp had 5 follicuticle acne ....im searching for a permanent cure solution....like you i also have some assignment college works and even scalp had sweat im not treating well ... do you take antibiotics tablet course? ....i will surely try Google reminder idea....now I'm reasearching about folliculitis on internet about two weeks.....all the results are saying want to take low dose antibiotics for long time .....if i got any new solution i will surely inform you....and i think folliculitis have side effects..when i take hair cut i can feel my backside of head like plastic and very soft...i think its name is alopetia or something....alopetia is very dangerous thing when it become worse...but girls don't understand there is any sideffects ...i also even don't feel side-effects...i take fashion type side fided haircut .....on side they will trim very well and on that time when I touch I feel my some two areas had side effect like something had on my scalp..when we have hairs we can't identify or feel there is any sideffects....we can see there is so much people struggling from folliculitis....even look comments we can understand....
