Hi Dr Idriss. I would absolutely love a video on ‘Why skincare is beneficial’. I know it may seem like a silly question but there are a lot of us out there (mostly who don’t wear makeup might I add) that find that when we stopped washing our faces and really using any products at all (except SPF) that our skin heals beautifully. I found that after I broke my skin barrier and got very bad acne that that only thing that helped it was stopping doing any thing all. I obviously don’t want to not use anything because I feel like this will not age me well but sometimes it feels like there’s no other option and I’m scared of how many products are out there 😢

I am 55 and have lost 30 lbs in 4 months, but took the time morning and night from the start to apply alternating products with retinol, niacinamide, peptides, exfoliating acids, and body firming moisturizers. Not only have I not developed crepey skin, the stretch marks all over my legs, hips, and abdomen from my pregnancy 27 years ago have diminished by probably 50%! Would love it if you would develop a body retinol or maybe body tretinoin.

Awesome video!! Mine showed in my mid 40’s, call them my old lady arms lol. Have a rare debilitating chronic disease that disabled me, so been bed bound for 17yrs. And have pretty severe atrophy, so once I lost close to 100lbs - all of a sudden crepey skin everywhere 😫 Super self conscious about it & been trying to find solutions ever since. Best advice I can give is, it’s never just one thing to prevent something & especially not to make noticeable improvements. Figured out unless I also build my muscle up, there’s only so much a cream can do. Heard micro needling is helpful too. Dr Idris, would love to hear your thoughts & please do another video on crepey skin, but with affordable options. We all wanna look & feel our best 🤍
