This is the best guide to combat procrastination that i ever watched. I'm dealing with depression and severe procrastination for 4 years and last year i put huge effort to overcome this, i read books, watched like almost every video about procrastination on youtube and almost beat it. In this 4 years i never had better grades and calm life than now. So most of the thing and essentials converge into this video, this is the best video to start your fight with depression i think
