How to Program Honeywell Vista 15P w/ Honeywell 6150 Keypad

Ever wanted to know how to program a Honeywell Vista 15P but don't have an alphanumeric keypad to do it with? Well this video is for you! This video will be going over how to change codes, program user keys, and program zones.

I’m getting a ‘chime low battery’ alarm. It goes off every couple hours. Where do I need to change the batteries? On the head unit or is it one of the motion sensors?

Basically, you just triggered a police panic. You can turn it off with 6321, 4112, or 1234 (default codes) Or, use your default code. Basically, you need to unplug it, unplug the battery, then plug it in without the battery, BE FAST, because after 30 seconds it times out, and when you press * and #, it is taken as a police panic after 30 seconds of power. The plugs are mostly located in storage rooms, basements, and/or garages (same for the panel, which inside of the panel is where the battery is.) There is probably a 1393 key on top of the panel, which you use the key to unlock the panel. Then, you can plug the battery back in when you are in programming.

It means there is something wrong with the voice module. Contact your installation company and they can help you further.

@@Firealarmcollectorperson Thank you for the return. I fixed the problem by switching to programming mode and disabling address 28 as recommended on another forum. My system is not connected to any telephone line since I installed the Envisalink4 module for remote control.

The Vista 20P is an 8 zone version of the Vista 15P

You have to wire a keypad into your 20p. Alarm grid or youtube should have some videos/articles on how to do it.

It's basically the exact same thing as the 15P just with more zones, so everything should be the same.

So bad I stopped watching and listening in 3 min. You might know the topic, but not everybody with a mic and a camera should do a presentation. You definitely failed with this one. Maybe you should try to shoot some videos to train yourself before posting them on youtube.
