Hi is there a way to use an app to open and close blinds at a specific time? I want to use my phone not my remote to control blinds

Hey, we have a R1778 transmitter - one of our rollers randomly switched direction, and now we can’t get it to switch back. Holding down stop doesn’t get any reaction, have tried a full factory reset too with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello @pavelondosyno248 - for the R1778 remote, hold down the LIMIT button on the back of the remote and then press STOP on the front of the remote. The blind should jog to indicate the direction has changed. Let us know how you get on!

helpful video! how do I operate the remote so that the blind doesn't stop at intermediate positions and instead goes all the way down or up? I have the R1942 remote

We're glad this could help! To skip an intermediate position, click the up/down button, wait 1 second, then click the up/down once more and it should skip through to your upper and lower limits. Let us know how you get on!
