Fucking great video. An in-depth video explain weekly volume and progression throughout the whole phase would be very beneficial. As well as doing this for the other 2 phases. Presentation should be similar to how you broke things down in your speed video

Chris, Sam Peters here, we met at the Jacksonville Strength Camp opening. I’m designing my own program for rugby specific training. Now I’m a back(think quicker, more of a wide receiver kind of athlete) and I know that I need to increase my overall athletic performance (agility, acceleration, top speed, and power). I was hoping you could help me and the football athletes out with a more advanced video on how YOU would fit plyo’s into a program. Currently on the Strength phase of my own program but am going to be getting into the power phase soon and would love to start doing plyos before my lifts. I appreciate you and all you do for the athletic community, let me know.

Great video bro. I am fast bowler playing cricket and fast bowling involves lot of sprinting and delivering the ball with a jump which puts stress on my lower back, spine and hips. Also I have had problems with my right hip and adductors due to this. I live in a area with low physio availability and coaches. It would be really helpful if you could guide or help. Anyways thank you for the video.

Vivin Vincent If you already have good stability, balance, and even halfway decent strength, Id say go ahead and make unilateral the main focus of plyos. Still do bilateral plyos here and there, they would still benefit you

Do u recommend using medicine balls during unilateral movements to increase force absorption? Anyone answer idc who I just need some advice about this ASAP
@victoooriaful
@victoooriaful 6 жыл бұрын
Question for u : why not ? The point of force absorbtion is to make ur body better at ansorbing force. The more weight u put on during an exercice the more force it creates. So yes medecine ball is perfectly fine. But like if ur squatting use some weights lol its more challenging than a 15-20 pounds medecine ball
