It’s all about progressing the movements to a level where you are getting the greatest stimulus safely. That’s the key to avoiding injury in plyometrics.

What is your philosophy on shoes when training plyometrics? Do you recommend starting at a specific stack height and lowering over time? What stack should someone new to plyometrics start with? I assume you wouldn't want super high like padded hokas, but I also assume you wouldn't want to start in barefeet.
