These batteries are super powerful but also very temperamental. They like
To be stored at a certain temperature
They are not forgiving to over charging
They get damaged if they are driven below 10/11 volts
They get damaged if they get below 30 degrees

Great information. I wish I knew about your video beforehand. I had a bad experience getting a Harley branded lithium battery for my Roadster. What a joke! I went back to AGM with much better performance.

I have a Braille( 30Ah ) I’ve had it for a few months now and have NEVER charged it. So far it’s kicked my bike over not a problem what’s so ever.

This is the first year that I have run a lithium battery. My question is should I put it on my lithium battery tender that I have before I put it back into my bike for the riding season? Hi Carlos, Purchased a Braille G30HC for my 2020 SG, 1800watts. Love it, magnificent difference in system/starting etc (compared to the factory AGM). I rode the bike for three hours, washed bike and put away, two weeks later battery is dead. I did not put the Braille tender on it since I typically ride every week or two. (same practice with my AGM, it only seen a tender during the winter) I woke the battery up, and the Braille charger would not charge past 10.98vdc (Good news, Braille is RMA'ing it.) Question, have you ever experienced an out of no where dead cell with Braille? I'm hoping my battery was just 'made on a Wednesday' for lack of better terms. Note, put the factory AGM back in bike is fine (vdc) at rest.. Trippy :)

Just installed my lithium battery in my 15 Road Glide running a thousand Watts LEDs air ride system at first the bike was acting funny kind of scary to tell you the truth after several stops and goes it started running better recently learned that lithium battery could freak out the ECM and a stater That whenever installing an upgrade sound system you need to install a stator to provide more power for accessories especially high-powered amps Is this true you give this his advice as well

They are really good batteries but you have to be careful because of the way they rate them . It’s very tricky marketing on their part . Their 30 ah “eq” battery is not 30 ah , it is “equivalent “ to the starting power of a 30ah lead acid battery , it is actually a 15ah lithium with the “starting power “ of a 30ah lead acid. So it makes it look like you can get a 30ah lithium for $350 but that’s not the case .

You could try it, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t have enough amperage to be able to wake the other battery up

You say heat is not good for lithium batteries. So would you use them on 2005 softail with the battery surrounded around the hot oil tank?

Finally went lithium battery SHORAI , QUESTION is battery charging outlet the tethering outlet the bike has a factory one do I avoid that one and connect the one that comes with the with the new charging lithium battery charger / maintenancer/charger it comes with its own positive negative to the two prong male female prong tether outlet should I utilize that and avoid the stock Harley one or should I use the Harley one will be just as acceptable Or either way works

If the plug on your lithium charger is the same style as the Harley charger you can plug your new charger into the factory Harley one no problem if the plugs are different you will have to hardwire your new charger

If running I lithium motorcycle battery and you run an aftermarket stereo system say 1200 watts airbag ride LEDs and you're out showing off the bike but you don't want to bike running you just want to show off your stereo the LEDs while you're parked, can you show off doing that more longer with the lithium battery opposed to an acid battery

Im using the Anti Gravity ATX30 restart battery. On my 2015 RG CVO. With SOUND DIGITAL 800.4 and 400.2. Air ride leds electric center stand. It's working great after 8 months. The battery BMS automatically goes to sleep when it reaches min power requirement to start bike. It has a restart remote that allows you to bring out of sleep mode so you dont have to access battery. I tested and it works flawlessly. Im not sure why Carlos doesn't promote this battery it is the peace of mind you and I are looking for when far from home. Fyi. I sound like a commercial lol. So do you recommend this battery for a bike that is ridin in all different climates? Hot summers, winter runs like toys for tots in December, etc....? Or is this basically for stereo competitions? I have a 18 street glide that will probably be a simple 1500w rms setup on a bike that I ride all over the country. Trying to decide if this is the battery for me or I need to stick with lead acid/AGM. Your recommendation would be helpful. Thank you

I think carlos is making it more complicated than it really is. The optimate charger brings batteries out of sleep mode and you can leave it plugged in all winter to maintain battery. I'm running antigravity with BMS and remote restart. 2015 road glide cvo. 1200 watts air ride center stand LEDs No issues after 8 months. Cost was around $500 for everything. Bought from amazon.
