This is a couple of things I do which have helped me get skin without acne and healthy all day. - Use a gentle face wash that eliminates excess oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a healthy diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrubbing, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Washn your brushes and other things you use coz they can host germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

In the past, I used to have clear skin. However, in recent times, I started experiencing acne breakouts. I didn't know that the harsh face wash I was using was actually drying up my skin. Once I replaced it to this gentle cleanser and used a moisturising cream with it, every single one of my breakouts stopped. Thank you Litttleextra ricebeerry.

Thank you for this excellent video, Dr. Liu! May I ask, if a person has both sensitive/rosacea skin but also hormonal acne breakouts, what sort of cleanser should we use? It seems like the acne treatment recommendations (stronger cleansers and twice a day cleansing) are the opposite of what is recommended for sensitive rosacea skin (gentle cleanser and once a day cleansing). I'm confused on how to deal with this combination skin type, especially with how often to cleanse. Is there any advice for this situation? Thank you!

I have very dry sensitive skin with both psoriasis and hormonal acne. Though a bit different, I have found if I cleanse once in the evening with a cream based cleanser (applied to dry skin first and then add water) that I get a really nice non stripping cleanse. If I feel I need a gentle cleanse in the morning I will sometimes use my Ceramedx then too, depending on the day. I alternate my evenings cleansers between the CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser and Ceramedx Extra Gentle Body Cleanser (similar to CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser). I really base it on what skin concern is flaring, and when both are controlled I generally do every other night.

With sensitive skin it‘s always best to test products first. But from my experience with having more dry skin I like the CERAVE acne foaming cleanser or cetaphil with sal acid.

I have similar issues with rosacea and hormonal acne but with very oily skin and not quite as much sensitivity. SkinFix made an acne cleanser that has become my holy grail cleanser with Salicylic Acid, Azelaic acid and niacinamide along with different types of clay. It's very creamy and non stripping. It cleared up my skin and minimized my redness so well. It is a bit on the pricey side at $35 but imo it's well worth the money.

I like to use a balm or oil for night cleanse. I use a soft microfiber wash cloth at the end of the cleanse to gently remove the last traces of film. My favorite cleansing balm is The Ordinary Squalane balm and my favorite oil is Paula's Choice cleansing oil.

That sounds great! Yep I only DC at night too

I’m curious for normal to dry skin with large pores double cleanse - do you think the La Rosche oil foaming cleanser is okay for double cleanse? Or should we opt for a cleansing balm to prevent dryness?

I really like riceberry face wash by LittlExtra! It's gentle yet effective at removing dirt and impurities from my skin. Its black rice ingredient cleanses my skin without being too harsh, leaving my skin feeling smooth, radiant, and smooth. No acne, pimples, or extra oil can be found on my face after cleaning with this face wash. I also love the fact that it's made with natural ingredients and is free from harsh chemicals. It has a mild natural smell and doesn't dry out my skin. I highly recommend this face wash to those seeking a good and safe facewash.

The face wash is highly effective and beneficial for all types of skin. It provides smooth skin after every wash. It provides instant relief and radiance to the skin. The riceberry face wash is effective, and using 2 times a day provides excellent results, according to my experience. It is soap-free and helps lock in moisture. A must-have on your wash basin.

Sorry I have a problem with this part 3:34 so as what you say, shoule we use hot water first on our face so the pore can open wildly and let us easier to use face wash to remove them, after that we spash cold water so the pore can shrink ?
