I thought you only used leave in conditioner for after washing your hair? I have another moisturizer I use everyday for my hair then I use my shea moisture curl & shine conditioner nd then apply oil. Idk if I should change that up ? Thoughts please.

You definitely shouldn’t be washing your hair 3-4 times a week. That’s way too abrasive for your hair and is probably stripping your hair. I recommend washing your hair every 2-4 weeks

You can get your damp (not wet) and apply either a leave in conditioner with oil, or just oil and use either your hands or a pick to shape your hair the way you want it. Just don’t detangle your hair in the process

Mousse will let you skip the hours of having wet hair and there no flaking gel cast. it's perfect for 3 and 4 type hair, imo pattern beauty has the best 1.
