To help a car with an auxiliary battery, you can use the following method:
1. First, place your car and the car you are using the auxiliary battery near to each other and make sure both cars are turned off.
2. Remove the auxiliary battery and connect the red and black cables to the auxiliary battery. Connect the red cable to the positive (+) pole of the auxiliary battery and the black cable to the negative (-) pole of the auxiliary battery.
3. Connect the red cable to the positive pole (+) of the defective car battery and the black cable to the negative pole (-) of the defective car battery. Avoid touching the red and black cables together or other metal parts of the car.
4. Now turn on the car with the auxiliary battery and wait until the battery of the defective car is slightly charged. This time can take several minutes.
5. After some time, try to turn on the faulty machine. If you manage to start the car, let the engine run for a short time to charge the battery.
6. After using the auxiliary battery, first turn it off and then disconnect the cables in reverse order (black cable first, then red cable). Avoid touching cables or batteries.
It is important to know that using an auxiliary battery is only a temporary solution and to fix the problem permanently, you need to replace the car battery with a new or refurbished one.
