I submitted reference letter from my dependent wife.. however i notice a little mistake on the start date of her letter. I am the principal applicant. Does the mistake matter? Knowing that she is only my dependent? In the opening sentence of the letter it is correclty stated... but in the duties and resoonsibilities section there a typo error on start date. I know should not have submitted it and just include it in personal history.. but i known this a bit late 😔

Operating with registration (sole proprietorship) Also what if someone is wearing multiple hats including managing clients/contractors, sales, marketing as well as technical work from multiple NOCs. None of which covers 75% or even 50% of total work. What would be the NOC in such scenario?

Hi Ali, Great video. I want to ask if I'm going on study visa in 2023 however I have done 3 jobs in Pakistan 1 year each. I don't have all the payslips for each month but I have some of them saved for each company/bank statements too (varied salaries sometimes due to hiring commissions). So if I take my reference letters now from all 3 organizations and submit my express entry after 2 years when I'm done with my certification and 1 year work experience in Canada. Will they accept those letters with the date of 2023? Because it'll be very hard to follow up and get letters from 3 firms in Pakistan approaching them from Canada. Waiting for your response. Hi Ali, What do you mean by match the exact heading on official website to that of your reference letter? main heading mean?

Your job duties should match: 100% of the main paragraph of your NOC code 75% of the duties mentioned for that NOC code. On your reference letter, make sure you use different sentences, and do not copy paste any part.

HR Calculated it. Also, I get yearly salary certificate to file my tax returns.

Well, try to format it accordingly. Insert the duties in a table. If your HR issues two page letters, you should be good to go.

Reference letter doesn't come with an expiry date. It's recommended that you have one from all your employer's before you receive an ITA so that you don't waste time later.

I ask a colleague to write a reference letter for me. What happens if that reference letter is not accepted? Will my application be rejected altogether? Or do they require more information/proof? One of those experiences are from a colleague and not hr as company not giving the ref letter. With above experiences, I was sitting at 400 points and a pnp nomination. If the colleague reference letter experience is rejected, do they reject the application altogether or just that 1.5 years experience and process the application with 1.5 years experience?

My company no longer issues any physical copies of experience letters...They only issue letters in pdf format through email. However, these letters contain official company letter head & logo, Name & signature of the manager and official email id and phone numbers in it.
