Thank you for the information I live in Australia and not a part that is known for growing mangos the tree was hear when we bought our house 17 years ago have had some good and some bad years last year after fruit I cut back a lot of the tree and now it looks heaps better this time I will trim the center and the canopy thanks for the advice

Good video. Except the recommendation to burn the pruned material which is valuable to the soil. As long as they are not diseased, they should be used as mulch. The benefits of mulch are countless

You can air layer the unwanted branches and once they root you then prune so as to propagate/produce more mangoe trees, these cuttings give out mature plants rightaway, that way you don't waste anything it's a win win situation. Greetings from Kenya! Keep the great works rolling out!
