If you have light weight dumbells laying around you can also use those as resistance. I think doing both reistance with bands and weight would work wonders.

Hello @Ekayy, i am a big fan of you. I wanted to ask you a question. I am a skinny person, i got bullied in school a lot, i tried training at home, i dont see gains. Should i register to a boxing gym / gym ? I really hate the fact that i am so skinny. And basically my former bullies have something going on in their lives. Im 15 y.o. is it too late, man i have infinite rage and i think that if i eat a lot i will be a good boxer or even fighter. I am afraid that its just a rush decision, i do nothing all day, sitting in my home with my phone. :::: Is it worth going to the gym, and boxing even as a skinny teenager ? I mean the gloves would probably be bigger than my body🤣 Thanks a lot for your videos.

Try bulking and hitting the gym. Once you gain some weight and muscles you can start boxing. However if you go to the gym constantly and train hard you can see results fast. I used to be 62kg last year, now I’m 69 in just a year. Take action while your body is still developing because after 18 it is gonna be much harder.

If your only at home Start small get 2 10 lb dumbbells and a pull up bar and workout every single muscle with them remember to increase the reps after your get use to smaller numbers along with boxing save up for gloves a bad and resistance bands

use your school bag and put heavy books in it and do bicep curls with it with good form and eventually progressive overload. also do push ups and progressively overload with that aswell.
