I SO appreciate these videos and the care that you put into explaining your techniques. In your bathroom video you showed your padded and raised toilet seat. Would you please post a link to where it can be purchased. I need something similar as I would love to not have to use a commode. My bathroom is pretty small and I like the idea that yours does not need legs taking up valuable space. Thank you! 💕

Great technique and video! I would cut the back off so it's just long enough to stay tucked under your butt & hip when you lean forward and call it "fashion-able." Show as much leg as you want. Give them a reason to stare.

Quadriplegia means your upper and lower limbs are affected. For me, that means my hands, triceps, wrist muscles, some of my chest muscles are fully or partially affected by paralysis.
