This is helpful but a bit confusing when you say left and are holding the strap on your right and vice versa. Basically secure the strap on the side of the injury first?

Surely Emily here is using the right strap first to secure the medial issue and not the left strap first? I do understand what she is trying to explain but I think this video is utterly confusing!
