Today's episode is about how to massively up your sexiness factor as a woman without changing your body.

I was at Target, shopping, chipper as can be because that's lately the feeling that I have within me. I'm not saying my life is perfect, but as I begin to value myself and shift to a more positive mentality, I'm seeing these amazing things happen before my eyes. So I'm walking down the aisle and I make eye contact for a split second with a stranger and I smiled and kept walking. As I was walking further down, I could feel him following me. I stop at the children's book section to see if they had any new Goosebumps books for my nephew. And then this slender, clean cut, mid 20's, brown hair, brown eyes guy comes up to me and says "I'm sorry, but I saw you walk by and all I could notice was your long dark hair and beautiful radiant skin... I just have to ask, where are you from?!" I nervously chuckled and thanked him and told him about my background. We talked for a good 15 minutes. He didn't ask for my number or anything but I was just so taken aback at the energy I attracted that very moment. And it is often, I am having those moments too! People are just so incredibly generous to me! I've gotten free guac at Chipotle several times, free dessert at a restaurant one day and today a guy bought me coffee! And today this girl went out of her way to tell me how beautiful she thought my hair was. It's not luck, it's not because I've changed anything appearance wise... I truly believe it is because of my change in mentality and the will to continue working on myself. I'm surfing that frequency that's constantly attracting great things. It is so incredibly exciting and powerful. Thank you for this video as I'm constantly looking for ways to improve myself and realize my self-worth

I've had many of my female friends/acquaintances say why do you wear makeup (even just lipstick) every day or just picking up your kids from school, same with maybe nice fancy boots and I'm like because I feel better, I walk taller and in turn I act more confident like I'm putting my best face forward if that makes sense. If I'm put together it affects how my day goes.

4: Tune into his heart. Honestly, you have to get to know and be with a man long enough to do that and not on a couple of dates . Since we are not mind readers, The best way to do that is to put yourself in his shoe when he is going through something and try to understand his perspective. Hell definitely feel like you are if you start to do that. It takes practice and emotional intelligence all should learn . Not just woman but men. Hi Bern, Thank you for our advice. I have a question. I was dating a guy for 4 weeks, he did everything you mentioned in your video " what a man does who loves a woman". All of a sudden, at the moment, when he was sure that I am interested in a long term relationship, he pulled away, his answers to my messages were coming in longer distances, only replying in a few words, where before he was writing long love letters twice a day. After 4 weeks of no contact, I received an SMS telling that he got a new professional challenge that he will take, it is just the wrong time for us, I am still the woman of his dreams and so on, but unfortunately he cannot live with all that time pressure. I didn't put him under pressure, nothing, he got panic and disappeared without even talking to me personally. After 3 days, where I didn't react, he wanted to meet me again. I totally furious was writing him that I'm not interested any more, because his behaviour showed me that he is not the right guy for me. This happened mid of Feb., do you think that after such a long time he might show up again after restructuring his life? Why did he make such big efforts to connect with me if it was just for a short love affair? At which moment a woman can show her interest in a man without taking risk to get dumped for it?

What about when you were with a man who saw you as radiant for being yourself. But you show him a shade of yourself that exudes fear . I was dating a man a bit younger than me with a daughter. After he got too jealous I decided to break up with him. He thinks I cheated on him but I haven't been with a man other than himself since we broke up. +Sally Choi I say this with the deepest respect to you. If the man you're with walks away from you, let him go. Part of what you love is the man he is and another BIG part is your fantasy of who he is, your projection of who he is. This man who he is being right now, cautious, jealous, lack of balls, etc is who he is choosing to be. Unless he decides to change this (and he can but not sure that he will) you will suffer a lot if you pursue him, so I say let him miss you, move on with your live and when I say move on I'm not saying just go back to your old life without him - I'm saying Make it even better. +vixen7701 What I mean is, you first tune into your own heart. This means you allow your heart, the feelings you get to be unobstructed by pushing them down. When you're able to be present with your own feelings you can then be much more perceptive and in tune with how he's feeling. You can offer him a non-judgmental presence where he is seen and understood not just intellectually but emotional. I guess you could say this is emotional presence at it's finest. :) xo

My suggestion is to not contact him unless you have other great things going on in your life including contact with more men, that way no matter what happens with him you're not putting all your energy into him while he's still playing the field. i disagree here..too many so called confident women about..they come across arrogant and unattractive. Even very confident men put me off. For me, humility is key. I get he most attention when i'm ill and crawling down the road to the doctor. People jsut see me dor who i am then and like it. ..it's not pity or anything.I think people are so sick of these proud and confident giraffes called women..i've seen lots of men complain about them..no one wants a princess..best way to get the edgy feeling is to stop thinking about urself all day long lol

+Daisy Train Hey as a men I agree with you that humility is very important - I do actually also agree with Bernardo (except the "selflove-loving"). Why not consciously know who you are, accepting yourself fully and at the same time approach your environment at the same eye level with the hope to learn something anew?
