A Continental A65 or A75 have 65hp and 75hp respectively, not 85hp. You do not need ADSB to fly in class D or class G airspace. (14 CFR 91.225)

Some of this information is inaccurate. That cub probably isn’t LSA... A blanket statement of “all J3 cubs are LSA” just isn’t correct . Some of your statements about adsb out transponders also isn’t correct. Some exemptions have been made for airplanes without electrical systems. Anyone watching this video should do some more research...

I am not sure what ADSB comment you are talking about, yes, many are exempt, including mine, but some people put electrical systems in their cubs, and they are no longer exempt. Can you show me a J3 Cub that is not LSA,?, how would it not be LSA, retract?, cruse speed over 134 MPH?, more than one engine?, more than two seats?, max Cub weight is 1220 lbs, which is under the limit. Super Cubs' (PA-18's) are not LSA, nor are some Legend or Carbon Cubs, and others like that, but I don't see how a J3 could not be LSA and still be a legal J3.
