My best (and favourite) strategy is giving opportunities for students to move during storytime! It's a great way to practice vocabulary and break up a story to increase engagement. It's a fun break from sitting and helps to transition them to the rest of the story. Great tips!

The hardest thing for me to do is the character voices. I can do two, but my ADHD brain cannot handle more than that.

I can relate. When I would get it all mixed up the kids would laugh. I would just shrug. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Also you have to know the book pretty good or read ahead to make sure you are using the right voice for the sentence. Just have to do your best. 💕. Thanks for sharing.
