what i use it this acronym S.O.A.P; Scripture: i just write the bible verse/verses Observation: i observed the scirpture and try to understand what it's saying Application: i figure out how this verse applies to my life Prayer: i pray about what God has taught me in that scripture and help me apply it and actually do what he was calling me to do im not sure i explained it clearly but i just also what to share how i study my bible

I used to do S.O.A.P all the time, but idk it made me frustrated, so I stopped, I then fell away from the Lord for a very long time (I'm not blaming the method at all btw) so k ow that I have grown closer to Him, I just read the word.. anyone have any other methods

Kirby, I'm a Christian fiction writer, and recently I've written a book that I deeply feel God wanting me to publish so others can read it, and I just want to thank you. A video you made a while back helped me down the right path with my book, and even in this video, I'm seeing things I can use in the sequel I'm writing. God is using you in amazing ways! I think that God lead me to your KZbin page. I have binged watch like five or six of your videos and it has really inspired me to become more devoted in certain areas of my Christian process/life. I have recently been saved, and I am trying to learn more about God and his word, but religion was not a huge influence in my life growing up so I have a hard time figuring out where to start.
