Thank you so much for spending your valuable time to make this informative video with great details. You saved me money of buying a new controller and gave me the knowledge for future maintenance. Your video by proxy helped my elderly mother. THANK YOU!!

I like how you can change a few sub components on these things and the valve can have different uses, softeners/filters/AIO. If you inquire with a water treatment company in Canada they’ll tell you “I wouldn’t attempt that” or some BS but call our company and we can fix it for you for 5000$. Now I only deal certain US 🇺🇸 companies because they’re the only ones that help in these cases. Great video and explanation!

Thanks for this and part 1. I've been scouring the web for a good video of this process, and your series is the best and most practical for the "home mechanic". Very much appreciated!

Thank you so much for the excellent video- you clearly have done this so many times you could do it in your sleep. I have performed the rebuild in an iron breaker system and all went well except that I have the minutest of leaks from the new seal/spacer/piston packs. I spent a lot of time inspecting with a fiberoptic camera to make sure I had ALL the particulate washed out before assembly. There is evidence that it leaked in the same way previously. I won't open it up unless the leak gets worse (1 drop in 10-15 minutes) Another interesting (and confusing) point is that the seal/spacer/piston vendor sent an extra seal/spacer set. Imagine trying to make that fit!!! Again, thanks for the great video!!!

Well done! Nice and clear. Thanks for putting this video together for those of us that like to do our own maintenance.

Sir, I have a Fleck 2510 AIO filter for sulphur removal. It recently had a filter medial stone become lodged in the piston seal area which locked up the piston. I rebuilt the head and after reinstalling and recycling/recharging the system it will not maintain the air pocket. It creates the pocket then when the recharge cycle completes it immediately fills the air pocket with water which negates the oxidation process to remove the sulphur. I have removed the head and replaced the inlet water check valve which did not fix the loss of air pocket. Would you please advise as to what might be wrong. What would cause this and how would the air escape and go into the water outlet to my house resulting in air hammer for awhile? Thank you in advance.

What is the name of the tool you put the spacers and O rings in with....seems that would be a handy tool to have available. Thanks.

I rebuilt my 2510 after seeing your videos and all works well except I have some water still going into my water storage tank when in backwash.. Most goes out the drain hose but some still goes into the storage tank and my backwash volume and pressure decreases. Any ideas as to why this might be happening ??

Can the Air injection valve be replaced with a Brine valve and used as a water softener? Or reverse?
