I dont know if this was included but, you can open the audio clip in a new tab and then download it or copy the link of the website and if you need it for your phone you send it to a bot on discord or a chatting app that you have both on desktop and phone and visit the website audio clip and download it from phone!

This no longer works in 2022. I have messed around with it for over an hour and everything appears to be created in java now and there are no links created that can be opened in an alternative tab. Seeing as how you are using a Mac you may also use the Application called "Quicktime", this software can record audio clips which you may then use as you please. If video is instead your forte then it can also do that as well.
