Do you have a video that explains how you chose your bit depth, sample rate, and IO settings? For someone new to audio recording/engineering, it would be nice to have a decent understanding of this topic.

In my audio engineering course I explain more in depth why. But pretty much it has to do with file size and the amount of dynamic range you can get. 48khz x 32bit is the best bang for your buck

If the beat is really loud, about 6db. I just watch the master fader and make sure there is room to record and I’m not peaking !
