It takes a lot and i mean a lot to admit your faults and imperfections as an artist because this is very personal to us and when someone says bad about you or judges you it hurts a lot because they do not know how much it takes to make a finished master recording from a demo idea, so kudos to Karra and reid for dropping this inspiring content.

No, it doesn't. We're not machines and Autotune is a recent invention. Back in the day there were like 20 takes of a song, now 3 is max. I avoid tuning my voice or when I can't overdub that clip I mildly use Melodyne, until it sounds about right but not robotic. The industry is kinda toxic, be yourself and use your voice and don't be afraid of recoding multiple takes. I had 57 takes on a composition.

I know this song has deep, personal meanings, to you but oddly enough, I choked when you did. Fantastic job, Karra. Really nice job creating the vocals and the back ups. Very nice. Oddly enough, I almost love this version better. Your vocals are spectacular. ADDITIONAL: It just dawned on me, this morning, as to why watching you get such awesome feels from this song and the recording process. Your facial expressions grabbed me as you were listening to your final mix. It's hard to convey just what it feels like when you create a song. As it becomes a life of it's own, with your work, your creative touches, your vocals... it sends chills down your spine. We wrote and recorded a song, a long time ago, called "Birth of a New Song". It was our attempt to tell the story of how a song comes to life. Your expression and tears so incredibly moving. I get it. Song writers get it.
