I'm gonna say he is correct, I used to have back pain several years ago. And then I decided to follow some mobility routine from youtube every morning for months, the back pain's gone.

Dislocated shoulder and torn ACL, still won't let anything stop me from reaching greatness. (For real tho, I really appreciate the calm and motivational "go easy on yourself" nature of your videos. Thank you.)

The cure i found for back pain was mat pilates, and stability ball Pilates for adding the flexibility. Good reliable info as always

applying ice for 10 minutes when inflammed is a huge help!

Not sure if you just think your sternum hurting is a funny thing or if I'm missing a joke... But it could be costochondritis. Even gas, gastritis, hiatal hernia or other digestive issues can cause this. Of course, just muscle pull or nerve pain could cause it too. I hate sternum pain. Good luck.
