Can you Explain it to me as if I were a five-year-old. How boxers deal a weight fights (division) lossing weight by drinking only water at the last day of fight you can see Canelo Alvarez with a little bottle with water and doing "wet lips-zips" not drinking at all

be careful with your fifth "secret" about embracing hunger, it can lead to eating disorders... I wouldn't phrase it like hunger= fat loss but rather sticking to the daily three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with no binge eating, which is why you are hungry at random hours, = fat loss and efficient metabolic system (sorry 6:25 triggered how I used to think when I was 15)

Never neglect bodyweight training, AKA calisthenics. It can train the chest yes, but push ups and weighted push ups aren't gonna grow your chest significantly compared to bench press. In my experience, bench press has been easier to progressively overload than weighted push ups. That's because bench press significantly isolates the pecs more and is less cardiovascularly fatiguing compared to push ups Calisthenics is more endurance demanding because its always gonna involve the entire body which will exhaust you faster than doing an isolated exercise with weights

Asian eyes are by far more beautiful than Western eyes... the indigenous South Americans also have them as they came from Asia back then, but not as beautiful.... young Asian eyes are even more translucent than typical eyes. I noticed unusual eyes in the bushmen of the Kalahari, whose eyes are reminiscent of gazelle's eyes, also incredibly seductive... The video was very informative, but the eyes were more compelling...

this guy’s chatting. flies give the chest muscles a better stretch and the stretched position is the most important part for muscle growth. this is why dips work.

I think this is more an all around athletic type weight training/tactical barbell, etc more than hybrid athlete. At least in terms of the current usage. Hybrid athlete (which I think is a gimmicky term) currently refers to people who train for heavy lifts + endurance. These are usually opposites in terms of training regiments (strength training vs cardio). It could be people trying to deadlift 450 while running a sub 3 marathon, etc.

Calorie deficient tells your body that it is staving so it goes into conserve fat mode. Carnivore diet builds muscle not fat. You can't make fat if the body does not have the chemicals to build fat.

I don't know if this counts as drinking water, but I love tea and I drink gallons of it. Usualy I have two - three simplified "gongfu" sessions per day. I use 250ml gaiwan, ca. 4g of leaves (usualy green in spring-summer and red autumn-winter), I don't count infusions, I drink until 1.3l kettle is empty. I start in morning and finish before lunch, then I start again around 1PM and finish between 4-5PM and if I'm in mood, I start third session between 18:00 and 19:30. Plus I drink water during workouts. I do it this way around 5 years in the row. It's great because I love the taste and because of the aftertaste I have in my mouth all the time, I don't want to eat candies etc. It refreshes my mind, I'm well hydrated. I can do two huge meals a day (even omad is easy) diet without any hunger.

The messages in the video are great but you make a few assumptions and lean into gymbro stereotypes. Maybe just maybe some people want to gym to build muscle. Sounds and looks like your a low intermediate lifter who got stuck. Not everyone who goes gym are “stiff and immobile”. You can talk about dynamic movements as better and gym bro fixed movements are bad! But you know the goal of bodybuilding is building muscle right? Why would someone who wants to primarily build muscle actively train in ways where coordination and cardio endurance is a major factor over the muscle your trying to target. If you try to do everything good you’ll do nothing great
