Apply oil on scalp only twice a week and massage your scalp.Don't forget to shampoo it.Because leaving oil on your scalp attracts dirt and dust ultimately leading to hairfall. I think applying too much of oil in your scalp is causing hairfall for you. Other days, before going to sleep, just take a drop of oil , and apply on the tip of the hair..not on the scalp..Tie loose braid and sleep.use a protein mask like egg and yogurt mask once a week. MOST IMPORTANT TIP:Massage your hair regularly twice or thrice a day mildly just with your hair without oil.Trust me.Massaging your hair increases its volume and length.
@Hari-bz1mh3 жыл бұрын
When you oil your hair, all of your loose hairs fall off. These are the hairs that eventually will fall off in a day or two so you can't really help with that. Applying oil will best show results in the long run as it nourishes scalp and helps in regrowth. Hair is like skin- it has a timeline beyond which it sheds off. You can only prolong the timeline for a bit. That's where oiling helps. Still, if you're not satisfied, try using a hairmask instead. You can make one at home with yogurt, banana and natural honey

There are many causes of hair fall. I have lost 60% of my hair and still losing 200 strands a day. Apart from everything you said if the cause of hairfall is "telogen effluvium" caused by trauma or some past stress and hairfall due to "hormones" (pcos etc) can never be solved by the above solutions. Apply whatever product you can, it won't work. Use sulphate and paraben free shampoo it won't work. Because the issue is from the inside of the body. Iron deficiency can be resolved but hormones and telogen effluvium messed up everything. Heard many stories, went to many doctors. Androgenetic alopecia (caused by hormones and telogen effluvium) is very hard to treat and alopecia (total hairloss) is max times permanent baldness because of immune system attacking the hair follicles. Please don't give hope to people who are actually going through whatever i mentioned.

I have colour treated hair. I was having some hairfall issues and I asked my dermatologist for ACV as a home remedy and she clearly said NO. Because ACV is a comparatively strong acid and your hair is already chemically treated. After chemical treatment our hair often becomes damaged. We need mild treatment for them that will help in getting the required nourishment. However, you can drink ACV after diluting it a lot since your gut is probably in a better condition than damaged hair and it will indirectly boost the hair growth.

Sleep on a silk pillowcase and dry your hair with a microfibre towel or tshirt are also great tips 👍 Aloe vera is also safer and more nourishing for your hair than any oil. Take 10,000 mcg biotin with 1000 mcg folic acid for accelerated results.

One should always use product and the way product is used in wise way. Always know your hair type and porosity of your hair before choosing products or any kind of treatment. my hairfall stopped when i came to know my hair is low porosity and i used my fav oil little extra coco onion oil after heating it up little, got wonderful results.
