I have intense, frightening dreams when I sleep on my back. Some with sleep paralysis. Because of this, I have never been able to do it. I end up on my side. Wish this wasn’t the case, because I know you’re right.

@@phantom9213 The way we sleep has a pretty significant impact, yep. I usually sleep on my right side, and that side of my face is slightly more.. I guess squished? Than the left. Sleep on your back, and everything slides back. It’s very logical when you think about it. Edit: Using a silk pillowcase is also helpful. Better for your hair, too.

@@e.erin. I sleep better on my sides too, but I tend to force/train myself to sleep on my back. Usually, I’d put 2 pillows next to each other then place my head in the middle of them. Dunno why but somehow doing this makes me feel more safe and grounded.

Dimples in the face. I love ur videos and method but I don't find anything to dismiss the line that start from my dimples of my face. Was nice before when was just a sweet hole in the cheek but now became a line. Is there any exercise that I can do? Thanks in advance. Hope u read my message. All the best.

Doesn’t puckering your lips make mouth lines worse I know you said lightly but it still puts lines around your mouth! You look wonderful tho!!

Hey Lesley 😊 Try doing the Poses and Exercises less intense, less is more! Pucker your lips only as much as you can without creating wrinkles around your mouth. You can keep the mouth slightly open, and check yourself in the mirror. Keep your neck and shoulders and the rest of your face as relaxed as possible and concentrate on the muscle you are working with. Do the Exercises slowly, controlled and very gentle!

We suggest doing the exercises in 3 sets, 3-5 times per day for optimal results. Most practitioners see visible results within a few weeks of diligent daily practice.

Doing this may get rid of nasolabial folds, BUT it will make the vertical smoker lines over the upper lips deeper (the kind that are there on cigarette smokers). because the time you're doing it, you're puckering your face as if you're smoking. Get it?

Divya Bhatt Some people think that moving face muscles will make more wrinkles. While the wrong repetitive movements can cause unwanted wrinkles, moving them the right way can prevent and even reduce wrinkles. Since each pose does not take more than a minute and every movement is very specific, it would be quite difficult to make more wrinkles by practicing the FYM.

Face Yoga Method If each pose takes less than a minute n does not give smoker lines, then I'm guessing it will not have any positive effects on nasolabial folds either, coz by that logic, both are lasting for the same amount of time.

+Divya Bhatt It works muscles and doesn't tire muscles, wrinkles and lines are caused by a tired face and deterioration of muscles/facial tissue It's like toning your face. It's like if you don't work out your arms you'll have flabby skin because the muscle deteriorates and then if you lose weight you get some lines but if you stay toned and work out your arms you wont have that problem.

I think your yoga works for wrinkles but not expression lines. You need botox for those expression lines. I am going to try your other facial yoga methods though. Thank you very much!

The biggest tip we have for you, is to take pictures. This can help track your progress and notice small changes that you may not otherwise notice. We suggest that you continue to exercise the poses and follow the below tips: 1. Follow the instructions in each video *fully*, really pay attention 2. Visualize and focus on the muscles you're using 3. Make sure you're not using muscles you shouldn't, like the forehead when doing eye exercises 4. Practice in front of a mirror until you're 100% confident you're doing it correctly 5. Pay attention to your daily habits. For example, if you're doing neck & jawline exercises, but at night you're sleeping on a pillow that's too high and forms creases on your neck then that would be counter productive. 6. Drink enough water and moisturize

Continue stretching your face like this & you'll only be damaging the unrepairable elasticity resulting in facial sagging. There is only so much that can be done for facial sagging, so please, don't take a short cut; don't listen to anyone who tells you to exercise your face with stretching, poking & prodding techniques; NO cosmetic surgeon would recommend it!!
