Hi Peta, I'm doing series 5 for the thirth time now. And I noticed that it is very, very importend to study the video every time you start a new serie. Because even though I have done series 5 before I noticed that I was doing some things not the way they should be done. I learn a little more every time I watch the video's. You do have to study each exercise for a week when changing Series to refresh yourself on them. I have flabby skin in the corner of my lips... I'm frustrated..Just in the corner of my lips Is there any exercise for this area please ? Tried all exercises but it's not going.. I follow your series.. I don't smoke, I'm 37 and I eat healthy... I don't want to do botox...

Hi, the only thing you can do is follow my program. You have to be doing the series from 1-6 to get results, you cant just do one exercise thinking that it will work. here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

Jaya, you cannot change the exercises, just stay with what I have provided and over time you will see results. It takes time, and remember when it comes to your facial muscles, less is more

I couldnt find an update to this one on the 2023 updates ..first time doing series 5..altho I have practised this exercise lots I dont have the dips underneath my eyes so when I lift my lip with the resistance I still create wrinkles under eyes.followed it to the t ..any suggestions ..thankyou xx

I want to get rid of my laugh lines, but in order to do that i have to follow up with the program that requires full face routine, what i want to know is will the exercises change my face structure? like how i look? bcuz i want to look the way i already am, i just want to get rid of smile lines. Hi, you cannot change your "facial structure" however, the muscles of the face will adapt to the natural shape of your face after a time of facial exercising. If you follow a balanced program you will be fine. Hi Ohnmar, I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we follow the program which Peta has designed for the best results, here is the program, do it just as Peta tells us to achieve wonderful results The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.

With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

Included are the Exercise Along With Me videos (1-3) on this channel. I ask you to learn the techniques first, and then the exercises of the series you are working first before starting any Exercise Along With Me video. Hi Nuzhat, i always suggest you do the first level of a series sitting up to properly learn the exercises for that series, then Levels 2 & 3 do laying down. It really helps with resistance

hi a to z, if you do just one exercise you will cause more problems. you have to follow the program exactly as i have prescribed otherwise you will not have results ❤️

@@masturashamoon9236 Hi I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. Here is the program: The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the a massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on you tube facerobics yoga. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer.
