Thanks for the video, I have been filling my bottles the old fashioned way, with dry ice and it worked perfect but was a pain. After discovering this method a year ago I find that I cannot add more than 100g of gas to my bottles and maybe another 50g after freezing. I replaced the big canister with the same result a total of 850g supposedly filled with freezing the bottle before and again after adding some gas. I also replaced the gasket in the adapter just in case and tried newer bottles. Also I have tried releasing the pressure between the adapter and bottle to make more room. Anyone know what the issue might be or have any thoughts? Thanks

If your CO2 tank does not have a siphon, you have to turn it upside down to be able to refill canister successfully. Are you doing this step right?

@@picharrasNet Thanks, yes I am not a 100% sure if the tank has a siphon or not so I have tried both ways (several times) with no difference. I now have a different tank and the results are the same, the canisters will only fill to a total weight of 750 to 850g, even new canisters (7 in total). Still better than paying 20 bucks a refill but I have never figured out what I am doing wrong if anything.
